Sunday and the Guernsey Pony Club held qualifiers for the UK Pony Club Mini Championships, Regional Championships, JCB Pony Club Championships for individuals and teams. Course Designer Nicolle Maltwood came over from Jersey and set riders, ponies and horses with a variety of courses and individual challenges, including skinnies, fillers and water trays.
However, there were plenty of clears and hopefully everyone seeking qualification managed to achieve it. It was certainly a day of action and thankfully the early morning thunderstorm and heavy rain didn’t return until after the jumping had concluded.
