The first round of the Avenue Trust Winter League 2023/24 took place Saturday at the Guernsey Riding & Hunt Club on what was a lovely sunny day. Quite unlike the weather to date for November. The event started with affiliated classes and then unaffiliated and there were plenty of clear rounds. The judges rider of the day was Jenny Newsom who was credited with riding ‘consistent and fluid rounds’ and won the £50 RH Gaudion & Sons Ltd voucher.
