Slightly worried turning up at BS Guernsey this Sunday for their Academy Christmas Show to find out the penguins had moved in! Boots, rain coat – check – snow shoes! No. Fortunately we did not have snow but it was grey and overcast with drizzle early on and didn’t start to brighten up until midday.
As well as the various height jumping classes, starting with cross-poles, there were two classes of Chase-Me-Charlie starting at different heights. Unfortunately the first one at 40cm took place in drizzle, which didn’t help but we finally ended the day with some clear skies if not sunny.
