This weekend was the Pony Club’s Annual Show. On Saturday we had the showing and on Sunday the jumping. In addition to the standard classes there was also the Horse & Hound classes and the Hobby Horse Grand National Handicap Race. However, my favourite event had no winners or trophies; it just had a lot of love and that was the Retired Horse Parade.
It was a great two days on a beautifully turned out showground, with some of the biggest showing classes for sometime. The Hobby Horse Grand National saw everyone join in the fun including judges and course designer.
